Sectors posing as Omni
I could have sworn that a few years ago, I saw a rather fat Omni that was
really 3 120-degree sectors in an omni form-factor.
I would like to put one up to save on some tower rent cost, but am not
finding any.
Does anyone else know where to find such a thing?
Thanks,
Dave
I know Laird used to make one, but it was 3 single-pol 120* sectors in the
omni-style radome.
You could probably make your own with 3~4 UI LiteAP-GPS units and some
large diameter PVC pipe if you really wanted to. I'm not sure it would
work very well though.

On Wed,
Alpha Wireless makes some tri-sector antennas but that company is more
oriented towards cellular carriers
