Oh yeah. That was it. His bed was adjustable and had a remote control
that operated over WiFi. The problem wasn't his internet, but an
internal WiFi issue.

We get this all the time, especially since Covid. Their remote monitoring
goes off so they call the ISP.
Our first question is always, "Can you power cycle the CPE?" Answer is
usually, "No one is onsite."
