How big are the thermocouples? My old setup they were basically the
size of a #12 wire. I just drilled a little hole in the metal duct and
pushed the sensor through. Are these similar?

The intelligent temp control is mechanically identical to the relay module,
but has two resistive temperature inputs and 4 normaly open relay outputs.
I.E. On the 12 pin input, the first 4 pins are used (2 each) for the
temperature sensors, and the remaining 8 pins are used (2 each) for the
relays.
I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of the 'SiteMonitor
Intelligent Temperature Control' unit. I think the image on the website
is just of the 4 port relay module.
