I asked Cambium the same question earlier this year. They responded
with a question, "are you using strain relief?"
Got no where and ended up going using old ports from old gear.

replacement RJ45 port on Cambium PMP450 SM? Standard 5ghz SM that can
use reflector? Have a few that are broke.
