[AFMUG] Cambium Ethernet Port Part Number

Does anybody know the Digikey, Mouser or Jameco part number for replacement RJ45 port on Cambium PMP450 SM? Standard 5ghz SM that can use reflector? Have a few that are broke. Thanks.
