I have collocated with all sorts of 2 way gear on the same tower and had
my cabinet next to their cabinets with no issues.
Shielding will help for sure. The sites I get concerned with are AM/FM
broadcast towers that the FM is over 10K-100K watts

I don't think Ethernet is going to get hit by 467 MHz. If you don't need
conduit I'd avoid the extra cost initially.
