It says 200mins at 23amp.that would be around 75ah. So $1/ah. Seems pretty cheap. A regular lead/acid wet cell is fine if they're kept in perfect conditionsie never discharged and kept at 70F. Otherwise they'll stratify and the plates will get sulfate built up on them and/or corrode.
