we used to take everyone out for lunch and have all the staff sign a card
but once you have more than 6-8 employees that becomes unmanageable and you
are constantly taking everyone out etc.
we switched to giving everyone a PTO day that they can use (there's no
restrictions on when they can use
Thats when I learned not to sign QC sheets for other people
