Does anyone know if Microsoft uses the Level 3 CDN? I'm trying to track
down some bandwidth usage for a customer and the IP addresses are all
coming back as Level 3. I'm suspecting the culprit is an Xbox - do these
run game / system updates even when in standby?

yes they do, by default
also if this xbox is set up as one of the users home xbox, if they get a
game while logged into any other xbox, it automatically downloads to the
home one also
