It's worth 'playing' if you pay the card off every month. Barclay 2x card is decent and gives 2 times the points and you get a bonus 40,000 ($400) of top of head. Another card does 1.5x for everything and no annual charge. Points accrue online and after you buy any airline or hotel, you 'credit'
