We tried this. got to power up the unit but it powered up in default mode.
would pay some $$$ to anyone who can make it work.

the netonix Switch is a POE switch with 1.4 A, so it must be possible

Not necessarily. It may require a more smart device than simply passive
power or active power like 802.3af/at. I remember someone saying the PIDUs
did some fancy stuff that you can see on the ground without even having
access to the radio.

The excel I posted not long ago lists the per-pin voltage but it's not
guarantee to work due to the signalling between the PIDU and radio which
also carries reset signal and "ethernet" LED status as Josh noted.

we want to install a PTP 600 on a Netonix switch..can somebody help
with the pins for the rj 45?

POE scheme that each type of radio uses...
