O. Wait. I haven't used the 10/100 version of the
PowerInjector+Sync. Forrest is smart so I bet he put jumpers for each
pin on the spare pairs. I had the GigE version on my brain which you
obviously can't do the split pair power scheme with.

The syncinjectors are discontinued per the website. the Powerinjector
10/100 says it will power the 320, but you are saying it wont sync it (not
that sync actually works on 320)
