The Writing Contest itself a brilliant thing. Although I have nothing
against the "free choice team" option, I would go for "country team".
Making that Writing Contest exclusive to the country teams (eg.Ghana,
Algeria, or Côte d'Ivoire) might draw new editors towards local
"Free choice team" can be "country team". So I have any problem with "free
choice team"...
