We have gained valuable insights from our internship program, and a
significant lesson we've discovered is that a 6-month program is not
effective. There's a lot fo learn and as soon as interns are trained, they
must depart which is not beneficial to us or the interns themselves.

I was particularly interested in your experience with internships
because we have been recently wondering if we could not or should not do
something similar. I look forward to read more about the renewed
experience with the second cohort.
