The UN is irrelevant when it comes to AI, in any case it is but a diplomatic
pissing contest at best. How AI affects https://arxiv.org/abs/2111.13365 will
be left to crisis managers after something goes south. That said, would anyone
be having a pdf of kissinger's book?
