Proposal: Obvious rule patch

Amend Rule 1504 (Criminal Cases) by replacing part (e) of the section on
GUILTY with this text:
(e) the defendant could have reasonably avoided committing the
breach without thereby committing a different breach of
equal or greater severity.
[Legislates the judgement of CFJ 3398. As for intentionally setting up
such a situation, if the defendant could have reasonably have avoided
setting it up, then the judge should ding them on that point.]
