CFJ 4073 asks: "The quoted message contains a game action.", the text of
the message being:
"I confirm, under penalty of no faking, this message contains a game
action."
ISSUES WITH THE WORD "CONTAIN":
It has been brought up that messages themselves are not game actions, and
thus this judgement
