I'm sorry to bring this up again, but I don't think this was sufficiently addressed after recent events.
Rule 478 still attempts to grant unlimited freedom of speech rights to players over all fora. This is obviously broken for foreign fora, but it's unclear what (if anything) should be done for discussion fora. Some options: 1. Maintain the status quo 2. Repeal all freedom of speech protections for discussion fora 3. Repeal freedom of speech protections for discussion fora except as to explicitly game-germane conversation. 4.
