Generally, just send it. The list has a message size limit, but it’s hefty, and you’ll get a bounce message if you exceed it. There are precedents allowing multiple messages to be treated as a single action. If the reason it’s huge is that it contains a huge number of actions, one of two things

If I would post a huge plaintext, what would the best procedure be to do so?
