I know we don't mechanically need a single person-in-charge, but as a judge I just had to reconstruct rice, and the fact that nothing that happened in rice can ever self-ratify now, makes me very much want to "encourage" someone to make and keep up with authoritative self-ratifying reports, if at all possible. -G.
