This fixes a quirk of selective-bidding auction where each bid amount can only be claimed by a single person. That's fine in normal auctions, but in a selective-bid auction, it means Alice can bid 5 coins on lot X and lot Y, but Alice can't bid 5 coins on lot X while Bob bids 5 coins on lot Y. Am
