Caller's Arguments:

If CFJ 3817 ("Falsifian initiated a zombie auction this month.") is
false, I think it's clear this is FALSE.

If CFJ 3817 is TRUE, I'm not sure this one is TRUE, since I'm not sure
whether the quoted message meets Rule 478's standard of "unambiguously
and clearly ... announcing that e performs it". Since I still don't
know whether e announced that e performed it, I'm inclined to say
now.. The precedent in CFJ 1215, pointed out by Alexis last month, may
be relevant.

FALSE per caller. Game custom suggests that these conditionals work,
especially when the choice is only binary (either the zombie auction
existed or it did not). Since the zombie auction did not exist, Jason
did not flip Rance's master.
