We are looking to recruit a high calibre HR generalist to manage the people agenda for their employees as well as providing support to the senior management team. Your task will be to build capability, introduce best practice in people development and employment and contribute to group-wide HR strategic planning and thinking. The role will also require the successful candidate to drive forward areas such as culture change and organisational development. This is a challenging and stretching opportunity which will allow the successful applicant to work in a commercially driven role in support of a changing busin*ess. Responsibilities :* Recruitment Retention HR Policy & Procedure HR Legislation Health & Safety Discipline & Grievance Performance Management Reward & Recognition Learning & Development - You will drive our Performance Process (promotions, reviews) and all Training initiatives for the office, and lead our Compensation reviews. - You will ensure relevant legal frameworks and requirements are met. - You will work with external service providers and brokers as required, especially in the Benefits area. *Requirements: * - Bachelor degree from reputable university majored in Psychology or other field. - Generalist HR experience preferably within a technology organization. - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Sound knowledge of Compensation, Benefits - Experience in dealing with complex employee relations issues. - Experience in dealing with a fast-paced start-up environment. - Great ability to get things done.
