usually http:// link open without any problem.
so I think technical issue should resolve.

I have not seen this device but I have tried a hand held scanner. The
problem is keeping the device aligned with the text. A better bet is to use
a smart phone to scan the text.

I think there is a pdf or word version available.
It is 12 years old. Many more have achieved a lot in these 12 years.
When the book came out I was truly inspired as I knew a few of the achievers
but I didn’t know all their achievements and I also got to know many more
achievers.
