Satyan's son Nalin has made this linux based reading tool.
I guess it would be equivalent to Open-book or Kurzweil. It is a self
voicing OCR solution using the open source tesarac engine. It is an open
source project.
I am made to understand it supports many of our Indian languages and t

There is one setting in Mailman, by which, It makes the sender's mail id
interpret better. By making this selection, I have observed, the
instance of junk mails has dropped down. I too have observed the via
getting added on.
I feel the benefit outweighs the irritant.
