I would say in most situations it is a stack of linked lists (queues).
I'd suggest for the sake of simplicity and problem solving, don't
think of it that way.
Think of it as a stack of 'objects'. These objects can be of any type.
Type can be an integer, a float, a pointer or an entire array.
Makes it easier to think, design and code.
