Why suddenly all the posts are being moderated.. I think by doing so
we will fall out of sync on who is posting what.. Do you guys agree ?
I think the posts should be updated instantly.. What do u think?

this is not suddenly, this is happening from the last few months, you
might not have noticed.
this was done because of a lot of unrelated topics and interview queries.
one better thing that can be done is to allow some users for direct posting :)
