Do you need the users' emails or sending them email messages enough?
MediaWiki api could be used to send emails to users that have email set in
their preference.

Thanks very much for the heads up.
As for the forum, I vote for phabricator due to it being a lot easier to
track and search over time (allowed me to see nothing was needed last year)
and probably is better suited to remind the tool's maintenaners as well.

(or I couldn't find one).

Since 'become huji' is effectively 'sudo -niu tools.huji' (after running
some checks) it will check what the configured shell is for tools.
