Just had the same problem start on my Lenovo Tab 2 A 10-70F. Can reproduce it by hitting the "Info" icon to the left the last item in the list of waypoints that comes up when you hit the arrow at the bottom left of the screen. Tab is always oriented landscape, no physical movements. SafeMode

Yesterday I drove my commute with the GPX recording enabled but the Navigation off. The screen stayed rock solid the whole trip. No flipping around between different display and orientations. So Navigation (at least in SafeMode which I have to use because the map won't display below 500ft

I just did a test run w/Google Map. No issue at all w/the screen orientation. So it does not appear to be solely a hardware problem. I want to run a test route w/out SafeMode but it's difficult to use when the screen shows just a blank grey - which is what happens w/out SafeMode when it zooms
