Choices are always good! Yours is probably much more efficient, being
python. But it does require CalDAV, which may be a non-starter for some
people.
It does not require CalDAV, you can use the ics2rem command locally.
Cheers Jochen
Hi Justin,

I agree that ical2rem.pl is slow and twisty - the data::iCal::DateTime
module is just terrible. I have a todo to rewrite the whole thing that
has been sitting in my inbox for...let's see8 years? yikes.
Heck, I want to

To me, it looks like the package builds and works with both jsonschema
4.10.3-1 and 4.19.2-1, despite the version in pyproject.toml. But maybe
I'm just lucky with my use case?
Looks like there was no real need to bump the version. I've uploaded a

Hi Martin,

Dears, would you mind an NMU 0.23-0.1?
I prepared it for my own use anyway, so it's no extra-work for me.
The new version needs jsonschema = "^4.14.0" which is only in
experimental and blocked by #1055516. Did you find a work around for
that?

The main thing I'd like to understand is how to do coordinate the
transition (i.e. the release) with the Release Team. I found some
hints about that here:

The way to orphan a package is to do an upload and setting the
maintainer to be . Until that's done the
package ends up in maintainership limbo. See the bottom of Policy 3.3,

Agreed but I think that is something for

One thing that is a bit less nice than schroot, though, is the inability of the

Hi Chris,

Can the poco library be updated? Can I help in some way?
poco is basically orphaned, as I dropped myself from Uploaders in git
and did not hear from the other maintainers for some time. The best way
to help is to step up as a maintainer and
