does not follow default lubuntu apps so its a new distro? an excerpt from ali's page supporting lxle LXLE is an extension to Lubuntu. It is NOT an entirely different system. Having different wallpapers, default applications and theme doesn't mean different new system.

OK, cool, now we know what they are doing and what can be done better and what ideas can be shared. As for the code, it may not be available, which would be an exclusive Zorin OS feature, if so then thats not very open. Perhaps this script for Lubuntu shall be totally open in contrast.

Midori and zram will probably do you the most good. chromium-browser. I tend to have a lot of tabs open. The actual number waxes and wanes through the day, but usually between 6 and 15. After a few are open, chromium-browser will often blank out a few and label them with the unhappy face.
