In newer XServer edition, the fallback_counter is introduced to
EXA. However, I almost can not understand the motivation of the
fallback_counter mechanism. Anyone understand it? I'll be very appreciated
for your explanation. Thanks !

In exaModifyPixmapHeader_mixed, when pPixData is not NULL, it'll
destroy driver private of the pixmap and set the pixmap pinned and
non-offscreen. So, how about screen pixmap creation? Screen pixmap will be
set to unaccelerable according to this implementation of
