Yep, you could use an Intel Nuc as a VPN and media player without any trouble at all as I can do with mine, I successfully used it yesterday. You need a VPN Client from a particular VPN company of your choice - I use Witopia given the 24/7 support I’m able to get and accessibility of the client.
