Hi! I abandoned Handbrake quite some time ago, I’m not saying anything agains the utility itself but what I did find was that it was too complex for my needs and difficult to set up. I went looking for good DVD Rippers and came across MacX DVD Ripper for Mac and Any DVD Cloner Platinum for Windows so - as you’re talking Mac - we’ll deal with MacX DVD Ripper first though I’n many ways both utilities are the same but a word of warning, don’t bother with MacX DVD Ripper for Windows as its totally unusable. So MacX DVD Ripper will handle all sorts of dVD ripping and cloning jobs. You can rip the full DVD to ISO - a clone - or you can rip to tracks and so on, your choice. The typical use of MacX DVD Pro involves you selecting a source - DVD or ISO file - and then selecting a profile for the ripping job, - full clone of the DVD to ISO file or folder, conversion to one of many different formats for playback on another device and so on -. Mac DVD Ripper has a trial period of 14 days I think it is before you buy.
