However, I doubt that it will be desired by ordinary users since it is behaviour different from Word and previous versions of OOo. You have to point the mouse over the selected area in OOo 2.0 to get the context-menu for the whole selection. If you point outside of the selection and right-click, then it will be only applied to the stuff that was under the cursor when clicking - in your case only one paragraph. Closing worksforme again.
