I created a spreadsheet model and embedded it in a writer document, using copy &
paste of about 10 rows, and then saved it in .odt format. Then I exported the
file to Word XP. The embedded spreadsheet did not display properly. It variously
(a) appeared as a minute sheet in the corner of a much larger frame and when I
clicked on the sheet within the frame it displayed hundreds of rows or (b)
appeared as a frame without content. I also tried saving from .odt into Word 95
problem with the same negative results.I then saved the document in .sxw format
and it loaded into word XP without a problem and displayed properly. I can
provide sample files but cannot see how to attach them here!
