I regularly need to create and submit .rtf files, including outlines with indentation, and this program is not a reliable resource for that. I can't believe this has been unresolved for over 2 years! I have never had a defect open that long on my list, especially one that should be relatively easy to track down. Please fix this awful defect in an otherwise lovely product.
