The second one I have made a special page template for my laste page and I set the page size to A5 and the pagelyout to "only left". If I save the document a PDF it is OK, but if I print the document as PDF (with Acrobat distiller/writer or pdfcreator) I see that the page size changes with the page templetes. I see that the page size changes from A5 to A4 with my laste page templete. I made some tests and I noticed that this bug is depend on the pagelayout "only left".
