I find you bug submission process extremely confusing and really have no idea about how to go about it. Page numbering error in Table of Contents. In a document where page numbers are offset and the preface pages are numbered using Roman Numerals. When generating a Table of Contents, the page numbers used are the physical page numbers, not the logical page numbers. Table of Contents will shows 1 instead of i, 2 instead of ii and so on up to the end of the Roman Numeral pages (eg 9 instead of ix). It then shows 10 instead of 1, 11 instead of 2 and so on.
