------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Aug 6 21:04:17 -0700 2005 ------- Once, when i was working on a document, after opening a PDF of my document with adobe, the next time i tried to re-export it to PDF, Writer gave me an error of not being able to write to the PDF file. After that, i couldnt save my document no matter whatever i tried because of a general IO error. Scenario for this bug (Writer - Version 1.9.109) 1- Create a document, save it and export it to PDF 2- Open the PDF in acrobat reader, on windows XP this will lock the file 3- Change your document and without saving , and export it again to the same PDF file 4- Writer will complain about not being able to write to the file, and after that it gives a general IO error. After that the document cannot be saved. I looked into the ODT file and the problem was in the style.xml and content.xml, which for some XML tags, there were duplicate attributes. When i removed the duplicates, the problem was resolved. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
