(In other words, it is displaying a modal dialog on a non-existent monitor). This makes OO unusable outside of the office. Background: Using OO 3.1 on Vista 64, Dell XPS laptop (Nvidia 9400M graphics) with an external monitor attached. Reproducible: Step 1) On primary screen, select Format -> Paragraph. Move the paragraph dialog to the secondary monitor. (close and test that it reappears on the secondary). Step 2) Disable secondary monitor (control panel display setting, uncheck extend monitor). Now try Format->Paragraph and the program will lock up. Another example is F11 and right-click a style to modify it. That dialog also illustrates the issue.
