2008 -------
I have a file for daily work orders.  I copy a page to the end of the file and 
then alter it accordingly.  My file grows to about 100 pages in a month.  After 
the sheets have been invoiced, I delete them. I have been doing this since I 
downloaded the program over two years ago.  My problem began this week when the 
page I added was no longer included for printing.  This was never an issue, but 
now I have to define / add the page under formatting - which is a big pain.  
What happened and can I fix it?
