I am not in the program. I had unstalled a privous version and apparently not all items in the install were removed. So I figured the unstall information was deleted before the program was deleted and the OS (Vista32 sp2) couldn't complete the unstall process. So then I decided to reinstall the program, but I get a similiar dialog box which tells me to close out of the program first.
