The definition for P2 says "severe problems which affect a significant number of customers [...] An essential product feature - e.g. Printing - does not work at all, and no workaround exists". In my opinion exporting rtf files with a standard layout such as enumerations is an important feature affecting lots of people. And I haven't found a workaround yet.
