OOWriter 3.1.1.
When I change cell by clicking it, and then scroll page with mouse wheel, I am 
returned to the cursor position. What I realize is that some code is executed
when cell (or cell content) is changed. During that time cursor is not blinking.
If I scroll before that piece of code is executed, I will be returned to the 
cursor position.

I don't consider this as error but it prevents me from fast cell editing
in long tables (longer then screen).
