If you display the Glue Point toolbar via View - Toolbars the toolbar displays alright, but it does not work. You need to click on the 'Glue Points' icon in the Drawing toolbar as well. You need both. I could live with needing both, if it is documented in the online help. But it is not, there is no mention the you *must* activate the toolbar via icon and not via View - Toolbar.
