You are forgetting the simple rule of KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid. For example, just to get to this stage to be able to find a place and how to report a bug on your product took me an hour. I have sent this to the guy who wrote the complex page after I couldn't figure out where to report the bugs: The way you have the page written, I can't make any heads or tails where to report a bug or issue or whatever you wish to call it. You're making the whole thing too complicated. Just a simple email address with a reported bug is all I am looking for. Even the address given Joerg.Skottke.Sun.com is incorrect. There are tons of bugs with OpenWirter Writer, even registration submit button doesn't work. And you want to charge $19.99 for support for a free program that doesn't work. Give me a break. 2nd, your registration page doesn't work, after filling my information and checking "I agree" the submit button doesn't turn active and won't work. 3rd, I've submitted bugs about Hebrew font problems, etc., nobody got back to me, don't know if anyone looked at, if so, I haven't heard, just don't know how you expect to help yourselves and your customers in this kind of way. Not only is it a bad system, there is no system, there is no help, no support. You want to challenge Microsoft, that's fine, I am in favor of that. But if you do, first you need to get your act together. 4th, In trying to just send this issue to you, not even this works. After clicking "Submit issue" you give me the prompt "The name ? is not a valid username. Perhaps you have misspelled it or the person does not have a role in this project. Please press back and try again." I just registered half an hour ago, the username is set by your program that I have no power to spell, misspell or change. Pathetic. I am sending this to ad...@openoffice.org, if this is a good address or not. Don't expect I'll ever hear from you. I have a long page of specific bugs for your program OpenOffice Writer. Not sure if you even care to know. Tell you what, seeing that you are charging $19.99 for support, maybe that's a new thing, don't know, I'll sell you the specific bugs for a mere $19.99.
