In Slide show settings Presentation display, if I select either screen 1 or
screen 2, the presentation is shown on the correct screen

The font Goudy Old Style displays in italics when italics aren't set. This is
specific to OOo (it doesn't occur in AbiWord).
Deleting GOUDOSI.TTF
