2006 -------
In writer, I create a hyperlink within a text document, targetting another file,
not a URL. It works fine once. 

Then close the document and OO. Do not even restart computer. 

Re-open the same document. The hyperlink now links to a URL instead of jumping
to the file. 

So the initial path is something like :
C:\Documents and Settings\Guillaume\My documents\projects\work\example.doc

and after a restart of OO the path is changed to :
http://projects/work/example.doc

which leads to some page on the internet. 

I used to have the same problem with OO 2.0 and i saw no improvement with OO 
2.0.3.
