I have loooked through the buttons and menus and help files and cannot find how
to add a field to an existing form. The help menu says you can drag and drop,
but I cannot access a field list to drag and drop from. A message reply said to
use the "Add Fields" button 6th from the left on the Forms Design toolbar, but
it does not exist in my version. Not can I find an "Add Fields" button anywhere
or as a menu option.

Accessing the "Data Source" I tried to drag and drop by those fields, but it
did not work.
