together with a good bibliographical tool integration (that has same
functionality as Reference Manager or Endnote) this is what is holding me back
from switching to OOo. As a scientist I collaborate with lots of people and
jointly write manuscripts or proposals. Keeping track of of changes or comments
is critical, and  the way OOo is handling this is annoying and unproductive.

The way MS Word is handling comments and additions/deletions (with those
balloons in the margins) makes this all very easy, so I would suggest OOo
developers to take a very good look on how they did this, before trying to
reinvent the wheel.
